Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is your Return Policy?

All sales are final. We will accept returns of defective or misprinted items only. Please contact sales@shenangoscreenprint.com within 7 days of delivery to obtain an RA number.

2. What is your Shipping Policy?

We offer free local shipping within a 60 mile radius of Post Falls, Idaho. Outside our local delivery area, we charge our customers actual shipping costs. These charges do not show up in the shopping cart or invoice at the time you place your order. Once we have calculated actual shipping costs for your order, that amount will be added to your purchase amount and you will be contacted with a new total cost. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you place your order.

3. When can I expect my order to be finished?

This will depend on the type and quantity of your order. Typical "turn-around" time is 2-3 weeks (after you have approved the proof) for screenprinted items. Low quantity orders during the winter season are usually ready to ship within 1 week after you approve the proof.

4. How does the order process work?

Proof Approval
Before we print your sign, we will send you a "proof" for your approval. You must send your approval before we will print your signs. (Re-orders are the exception, when the customer has previously approved the design.)

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are not calculated at the time you place your order. If we are shipping outside our local delivery area (see Shipping Policy above), we will apply the actual shipping charges to your order total.

Credit Card Payment
If you are ordering with a credit card, your card is not charged at the time you submit your order. Your credit card will be charged when your signs are ready to be shipped.

Credit Account
Customers using a Credit Account will be billed monthly. Questions about Credit Accounts should be directed to sales@shenangoscreenprint.com.

5. What are vector graphics? How do they differ from raster graphics?

Vector graphics are a collection of lines, points, shapes, and curves. A graphic artist will design a logo using a vector graphics program so that the logo can be enlarged or reduced without loss of quality. In contrast, raster graphics are an array of pixels. A photo is a good example. Learn more about vector graphics HERE or raster graphics HERE.
If you are submitting artwork to be printed, vector graphics are preferred.
